I especially like the insertion of the line — “When/if you forget this how can you remind yourself to get back on track.” Because it really is true, they’ll feel great in the practitioner room, but they’ll need ways to address all aspects of their daily life: those times when they’re feeling good, as well as those times they’re not.
This resonates with me and I can see it adding to the work I do. this I think is very powerful and will be part of my sessions in the future... thanks Rob

Thanks for noticing this Lani. We humans can do with being reminded, I find from personal experience.
