Referefing to coaching call from this month I must write about the impact it made for me to think about these words "hypnotised by the label ".

I was doing this with my latest client not being able to trust his abilities when he told me about himself. When I saw him this week I had done some prepairing because I thought it was nesessary considering the"cause". But just before he came I rejected all my ideas and I said to myself just listen and have trust. And indeed he found the resources himself. What a valuable learning experience.
