I have been an HR Manager for many years as well as in my own consulting business.  My coaching business is called Coaching Your Teenager, however, I have found that it needs to go deeper, hence Eriksonian Hypnotherapy. I have been moving away from parent coaching more recently and enjoy general and work engagement coaching.
